Policy Priority: Freedom of Choice in Family Planning
It’s Reproductive Freedom Week and we are featuring our policy priorities for this year! First, we’d like to introduce you all to SB 743, the Freedom of Choice in Family Planning Act.
SB 743 (Hernandez) would ensure that Medi-Cal managed care enrollees can receive family planning services from their qualified provider of choice.
SB 743 is co-sponsored by Essential Access Health and Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California.
