We remember FWHC/WHS founder & activist Dido Hasper by giving away Self-Help Speculum Kits to honor her vision of empowering women to take control of our bodies through self-exam. 

A cervical self exam kit containing a speculum, mirror, flashlight & how-to do a self-exam booklet will be given to every visitor to our clinics in Women’s Health Specialists Sacramento, Chico or Redding on Tuesday, June 29th.

People who call in for appointments on Tuesday, at 1.800.714.8151, will also be sent a kit!
