Spending Blackout – Buy Nothing Day

February 28th, 2025 is Economic Blackout Day.
We take collective action to shou our economic power. For 24 hours:
DO NOT spend money at major retailers ( Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) fast food chains, or gas stations.
IF NEEDED, buy only essentials ( food, medicine) from small business with cash.
WHY IT MATTERS:
Big corporations and politicians only listen to money. A one-day economic blackout sends a clear message: We hold the power. If they don’t listen, we make the next blackout longer.
